Initial Consultation
We visit your property to discuss your goals, assess the space and talk through realistic options and budgets. You'll leave the meeting with a clear idea of what's achievable.
Design & Planning Applications
Our designers produce detailed drawings. Where planning permission is needed, we prepare and submit the application on your behalf and manage any queries from the local authority.
Structural Engineering
A structural engineer calculates beam sizes, foundations and load-bearing changes, producing calculations that satisfy building control and keep your build safe and compliant.
Building Control Approval
We submit full plans or a building notice to building control, arrange site inspections at each key stage, and ensure every element of the build meets current regulations.
Fixed Quotation & Programme
You receive a detailed, itemised quotation and a project programme showing key milestones, so costs and timescales are agreed before any work starts on site.
Site Delivery
Our site team and project manager deliver the build to programme — from groundworks and structural work through to first fix, second fix and finishing trades. See examples of finished work in our completed projects.
Handover & Aftercare
A final walkthrough and snagging check, sign-off from building control, and an aftercare guarantee so you're covered after the team leaves site.
